A male United Kingdom age 26-29, *rawsome writes:

I haven't had a girlfreind in a long time because i havn't really tried, but now i think i should because i'm getting bored and i think i will do well in a relationship. Now but i don't really know how to start the whole thing like finding someone, talking to them, and more etc.

I have looked around my school and i can't really find anyone. I would prefer someone to be my age (13) but i dont really mind as long as we can talk etc.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (29 March 2008):

you could try going to some youth clubs or where ever people your age hang around too. just be calm n relax and get talking to people, maybe try getting involved in conversations first rather then rushing into things. but if a girl starts talking to you dont walk away! make sure when you get talking to someone keep in contact with them and see how things get on, even if you think that person isnt the one you want to be with, keep in contact becuase you never know they might have friends that might intress you. just remeber to act your self. i hope this helps you

all the best
