Hello!

I'm sure you will have a lovely night!

A condom is like a ballon that you put over a man's penis, when a man has sex he releases sperm-in a gloopy liguid, but it is trapped in the condom (you cannot use a ballon), so you cannot get pregnant if the sperm doesn't reach you!

The pain is where your hymen breaks, you cannot avoid it-but you may have broken it due to sport or tampons- as every one has them (girls).

You should tell your fiance that you do not want to have children yet and would prefere to have your children when you have been married for a little longer, but explain that you want children but you want to bring them up in a loving home which is calm and ready.

Have a lovely marriage!

I can't believe anyone in this day and age, who does not know what a condom is. Did you not learn about sex or contraception? With this sort of ignorance no wonder there is so much STD around.

A female reader, girlwhoneedshelp United Kingdom +, writes (3 December 2007):

girlwhoneedshelp agony aunt1. A condom is basically a thin rubber tube like structure that is lubricated(wet). The man places it on the end of his penis and rolls it down the penis right to the base. When you are having sex and the man ejaculates or cums he will release semen containing sperm. Sperm is what makes you pregnant but if your man is wearing this condom the sperm will not get inside you as the rubber stops it. It's very safe and you won't get pregnant if he wears one of these.

A womans condom is basically the same thing but it is placed inside your vagina. I recommend you use a male condom as placing the condom inside your vagina may hurt as you are a virgin.

2.You should definitely tell your husband that you don't want children straight away and get him to wear this condom so that you don't get pregnant. It's your right as a woman to be protected.

3. To be honest you may or may not feel pain. There is no easy way to have sex the first time without pain. Some women feel pain the first time and others don't. I did but once your mans penis is inside you and starts to thrust slowly the pain will lessen. Make sure your man is gentle otherwise it will be painful and make sure he understands that he must be gentle and slow with you this first time. If you want to be in control I suggest you go on top like I did on my first time as this allows you to lower yourself onto the penis more steadily and at your own pace!

Hope this helps. Just be safe and use condoms. Remember there are other forms of contraception such as the pill which are brilliant if you manage to remember them as they also control your periods.

I suggest however that you go to your doctor before you have sex and talk to him/her about your decision to have sex and tell them that you are a virgin and they will help you and tell you what it will be like and how to NOT get pregnant.

GOOD LUCK! :)
