His brother is not related to you, nor is his daughter (this girl). The only commonality that may happen is: Any children your Aunty has with her husband, will become first cousin's to you and those same children will be first cousin's to this girl. That is the only connection. This girl is not related to you, in any way.

 Hey huni shes not really anything to you cuz shes on the wrong side of your family. your aunts husbands brother is jus someone whos brother (your uncle) has married into your family. the girl would just be your aunts and her husbands niece but nothing to you as your aunts husbands family is not related to u.
