its not a case of what you should do as in a step by step plan as sex is often impulsive and involves lots of passionate groping and fondling stuff.
And I believe if you are a passionate or sexual person nature will take its course . But I have had a couple of experiences in my life where the girl simply lay there - the lads call it the "starfish". It is the biggest turn off to a guy as we assume that the girl is not enjoying it.
So my advice is to be relaxed and only have sex if you really are hot for it, then nature will take its course. But for a few pointers; guys love verbal compliments during sex, and we love our girls to show their appreciation through moans and groans if possible. The rest you will pick up for yourself.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 April 2008): get totally involved and enjoy yourself, guys hate the whole lying on your back like a used tea bag thing, though sumtimes that position is great 4 both, be confident in your body, loads of girls cling onto a guy tight (in the missionary or girl on top position) in fear the guy will see a wobbly tum or somthing ur insecure about, but believe me he will be so glad your enjoying yourself he wont notice and also make sure its with a guy you truley care about because thats what makes it a really amazing experience for both of you

For him, to finish, you laying on your back might be the best position for him to finish (I do anyways). Then there is oral performed by each other, different intercourse positions, such as you on top, though it is said by a few women that taking the top position is uncomfortable, though other women like it.
There is a saying that what a person wants is what they give can be true. Guys do like receiving from their girlfriend, like oral, but touching, caressing, holding his penis and testicles are always very much enjoyed and shows him you enjoy his parts, which alone makes him happy.
I suggest taking a bath/shower before sex.
