reader, anonymous, writes (30 July 2011): It seems straightforward enough to me: apparently he's rather preoccipied with other matters at the moment so may take a while to get back to you, but he will when things are a bit more in order for him.
All you need to do is let him know you look forward to hearing from him when his life is a bit less hectic, wish him well - and then stop fretting, because it doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about! Take care :)
