If your fella is young like yourself chances are he really doesnt have much of a clue what to do. I know from personal experience that its hard to play the considerate lover when you are still in your teens. Its that damn testosterone!
All I could advise is to treat sex like its special. Dont just have sex for sex's sake, make it an activity where you both are simply gagging for it.. lots of foreplay, if he blows his wad too quickly then you can simply get him to focus on you until he gets hard again ( at your age it shouldnt take him more than 10-20 minutes ) that way you can be brought to a stage where you are desperate for it and he is ready to service you. Having said that he does really need to know what to do, so why dont you direct him down south while his batteries are recharging and show him what makes you feel good?. At your age the sooner you can open up and communicate about what gets you horny the better, everyone is different and everyone has different buttons they like being pushed.
