My ex boyfriend used to spend ages styling hs hair to get it 'just right', and always moaned when it wasn't, but i never even noticed if he'd done it or not! To be honest, girls dont really notice that much unless you do something really drastic, just like most guys dont notice if we straighten our hair or use a different shade of foundation. What we do notice is confidence, so if styling your hair makes you feel better about yourself, go for it. And if you can feel good without doing it, all the better for you :)

i think it depends on the lenght on your hair. for instence with fades or buzz cuts you realy dont have to do eany thing. and isf its not long but no short you could put dome jell you know spike it up a little.. but you know the way you ware your hair is up to you and if girls dont like you for who you look or eyour personality then shame on them.

As long as your hair doesn't have bits of snot and earwax on it and it's someway neat then you're grand.

Girls do like guys that "take care of themselves" but they bore quickly of the type of guy that spends longer in the bathroom than them doing their hair.

Be well groomed, i.e. not smell and clean clothes, oh yeah flynn 24 left out the eyebrow thing, monobrows are always a no-no, Ive never even heard of a girl that finds that attractive, ever, so don't be afraid to pull out the tweezers for that one.

Then he is either clost gay, or a metrosexual.

Men hate metrosexuals becqause they give women unrealistic expectations about what men should be.

Men should be a little rough and tumble, a little debonair on occasion, maybe perhaps with a touch of insecurity hidden by confidence.

And hairy. Men should have a hairy chest and arms and legs.

Only swimmers and cyclists get a free ride with that, because they have be aero-dynamic. There is no such excuse for the average man to step within a hundred feet of a salon, tanning salon or anywhere beauty products are sold.

Shampoo and aftershave. thats all a man needs.
