I hope someone can help me here...a lot of good advice on this site. My boyfriend basically dumped me about a month ago..it was awful at first but it really is getting better. I have not seen him or spoken to him in that month but I will see him tomorrow as I am giving a business presentation and he will be in the audience. I am already nervous about giving the presentation and the fact that my ex will be there in the audience is proving really hard for me.

We were together a long time and I am still grieving the loss of the relationship. I am good at giving presentations but wondered if anyone had any advice on how to handle the stress of knowing that I still get butterflies when I see him and want to come off dealing with this thing in a classy way..even though I am still hurting.

NJmomabear agony auntLetting him see you sweat will only give him an ego boost he doesn't deserve! Seem indifferent if you can. Don't be rude. You can say hi but don't give him any attention either. If he wants to talk to you, he will approach you.
