We want to marry each other but her parents are looking for a husband for her!

im 20 years guy .studying in college and working.im fall in love with girl who is 10years elder than me.she is earning agood amount .we love each other a lot.her parents lookin for guy .but not able to find.we want to marry each other.but problem is our parents wont accept at all.her age is 30 .she is getting force by her parents to get marry.but she refused many times.wht shud i do.we both are disturbed.
