writes: Hello, please help!! right... Theres a girl that I am absolutely in love with, and she told me she feels the same! She has been going out with her boyfriend for nearly 2 years now, and last weekend she dumped him so that she could consider me as an option. However, I let things slip, and by trying to be the 'good guy'. I told her she should go back out with him, because she was upset coz it was such a long time with him. Now my feelings have grown so strong for her and she says she still like me, but she doesn't want to hurt her boyfriend, she says "a different time and place, things could be different." I still pressed on, but she says that she has made a final decision to stay with him. I can't help but blame myself. Her friends and parents think that she should get with me. None of them like her boyfriend, because he doesnt treat her right, but she doesn't know any different! There must be something I can do! Please help!!! Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (9 May 2005): Hello there.I`m not sure if you really want to hear this but here goes anyway.She has made her choice and now all you can really do is stand back and let her try it again with her boyfriend.You can always be there for her if you still want if things don`t work out again for her.That really is all you can do just now i think.I hope that this helps.Thankyou and take care.
