writes:I am a 31 year old male. All of my sexual encounters have been with men. However after these encounters I feel the need to take super long showers or baths ( 5 hours or more each. All the time after every encounter. I have scrubbed my skin raw a few times. I brush my teeth so hard they have bled. After any sexual encounter I feel dirty, greasy, and slimy.  You don't say why you feel dirty. Do you come from a religious background? Do you fancy men but feel your family would not approve?
I am a Catholic, yet I have many gay friends. I love and respect all of them.
I wander if you need to change your attitude to sex.
If you have casual sex, you might feel its emptiness.
Try to get to know men and women, date whoever you feel close to, male or female. After all, you can like both!
It may be that you need to be in a loving relationship before you can really enjoy sex.
Also, think about what it is you like about sex with a man.
Do you like the male body, or do you like being on the receiving end? Because a woman might be happy enough to stimulate you like a man would. You could also make love in front of a mirror, and enjoy your own male figure!

well. you could be BI. have you always been with men? ever been with a women?
and if not.. why not try it, you only live once, if you're attracted to them.. go for it.
as for the 5 hour long showers..do you have some kinda high profile job.. or does your friends and family not know about your sexual prefferences?
