 He's not that much younger than you are, I would suffice it to say that you are the same age. Women generally outlive men by more than a decade, so yeah, it doesn't matter as long as he is mature in other ways and you like him, then why are you even hesitating. He asked you out, go, have fun, that is the purpose of dating to weed out the good from the bad and it is supposed to be well, FUN.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 August 2010): Are you serious??? 2 years...its hardly scandalous!. Date him if he's nice, its difficult enough to find decent guys in this world without putting stupid restrictions on yourself. After you get to know him it wont make any difference at all.
