No way! Just do the kind of sport you like and are good at, and build up to it - that advice would go at any age. I know a 94 year old man (my old boss) who still rides a bicycle.

35 years old isn't too old for sport if you are a generally healthy woman and you do not smoke and you eat well.

I say to keep up with sport. Sport is the key to living a long and healthy life.
