He might just be nervous. If he doesn't like you so be it he doesn't like you. But you need to talk to him to find that out. You can't just assume.

He may be busy though, as not everyone is free all the time, so try again.
Just talk to him and see where things go...he may not be interested but keep an open mind. You don't know anything yet.
