Sit him down tell him you won't tolerate any of his behaviour anymore. He either steps up or gets out. That his choices.. You deserve better than what he givin you know that. Take care

Cheating?
Exchanging sexual pictures with a girl?
Anyway, you already have one child together and another on the way, he does nothing but disrespect you from the sound of it, there's rumours going around that he's cheating (and keep in mind rumours have a reason for starting in the first place), I'd say you can do better than him.
