writes:hii i work for two guys in a restuarant and sometime back one of them asked me if i can sleep with him and i said no..so from that day he has been treating me so bad and showing me an attitude so the other one seems so mature so i talked to him about it and he told me to ignore the guy hes just being silly so i did which he continued doing those stuff and now its now both of them n there is tension and i feel like i cant do it am confused because i have to work i have alot of responsibilities...what to do no?

To be honest it looks like the first guy is sexually harassing you and is something that you should not have to deal with in the work place. This has went further then your personal life, I suggest you make a formal complaint to your manager.
