She is now single and we still hang out but I am worried that we may never work out. The thought of this makes me sick to my stomach (literally) I could almlost throw up. I work with her so it is a little hard to get her out of my head, I'm not sure what to do but thinking about never knowing what could become of us is almost enough to put me in tears.

I know it's gonna be a huge step but you have to tell her. What's the worst that can happen? - She may not feel the same way. Yes the pain will be horrible to start with but you'll feel much better in the long term knowing where you stand. It would hurt much more knowing that you never told her how you feel because you'll always be wondering what could've been. Best of luck! Miss C xx

You NEED to communicate those feelings to her, dearie. Don't ever bottle up things like this inside. If you are as good friends as you say you are and have been, then she's going to understand. Give it a try! It's better than being miserable. I wouldn't wait too long--some other guy might come along and snatch her up!
