The girl next door.....

Got myself into a BIG TIME JAM! even by my standards, I started seeing my next door neighbor, well, Ive just recently started to find out she thinks more of her then she will ever think of me, and my gut is just telling me to jump ship, well easier said then done, I tell her I don't want to be with her anymore, when someone tells me that, I don't go around them, just that feeling inside that they don't want me so why bother them, this girl knocks on my window, waits for me to get home from work, watches for me to go outside then comes out, and here's my problem, I guess i still have feelings for her, I just don't want to be with her, so being a weak male, it's easy for me to give in and run into my house for a second, if you know what i mean, so no contact really isn't an option here, does anybody have any kind of advice for a seasoned veteran who upon believing has seen and lived it all, finds something new to get myself with, this girl looks hot as fuck, and is so passionate, it's hard for me to turn her physical love away, cause that i still very much want, but as far as long term or mental we are dead ends for each other, please give some helpful tips.
