 Can you not just go up and talk to him, hun? Say hi, find out things about each other. Be friendly, go slow, and really discern if he's a good guy but take the time to get to know 'who he is' before enaging all these heartfelt feelings. Use your head! I mean you can smile, at each other until the cows come home but nothing is going to happen until one of you makes that first step. Go for it, girl. Have fun and best of luck!

 If you are the age it says in the post, I would never walk up to some random guy and tell him you really really like him after he smiled at you. He'll think you want to take him home and have sex with him. Start a conversation with him and go from there, you may change your mind and you don't want to eat your words. He'll get the idea you are interested in getting to know him if you start approaching him and let things build from there. Good luck!
