hmm thats a tough one, what you would really have to do is think do you believe what he says,
he has lied to you once wat would stop him lying about the fact it was a "dare"
if it was me personally i would make him swear about it and find out why he lied and then check out the story with the girl.

If he lies, you're wasting your time on him.
If he lets other girls give him love bites, you're wasting your time on him.
Either way, it's not looking great honey. Get the truth out of him/the girl, then decide if you think he'll do it again. If you reckon he will, leave him honey.

He's a teenage boy so it could go either way. He could have got it as a dare to impress his friends without considering you....
Or
He could have got it from some girl and cheated without considering you.
Either way he's a little boy and is he really worth your time and worry?
You have to make a judgement call on whether you think he's a liar or just an idiot. Either way he should be on his knees saying sorry right now.
