Well one of my friends was playing this game with him and he said he fancied this girl(he gave her 9/10)...and that he thought my friend was an 8/10 and I was a 7/10...but it seems that he looks at me across the classroom sometimes and that hes looking for an excuse to talk...How do I subtly let a him know I like him? and how would I flirt with him?

 Heavy flirting will do the trick here. flirting is a powerful tool.. but when you ask us how to flirt that is a problem. I'm not really an expert at this either, but that is something for you to find out on your own. Just talk to him. Try to tease him as much as possible and I often find that girls that I see tend to try to look more "girly" and pull their knees/legs in to look "smaller" so the guy can take care of them, but all the while having a mischievious face with a smile or a grin that shows us they're not just shy ... but they have a lot to offer.. you let a guy know you like them through flirting, and this is good because they can't say "she likes me" for sure, but the feelings point toward it.
The 7/10 thing really bugs me, I wouldnt come on too strong at first.. but try to get closer to him.

sometimes boys have a funny way of showing us that they fancy us, it took my boyfriend a year and half to tell me how he felt and i spoke to him every day so imagine how this boy feels about talking to u, someone he barely knows. if he is friends with one of your friends, eat lunch with them together or next time she is talking to him go over and talk to both of them as well, he will be impressed with ur confidence, smile and stand up straight talking to him, let him know you are a bright and friendly person, someone worth knowing, do this and he will see whats he is missing!! good luck!:)
