I was in the same boat my babys dad has a new partner, just after 3months after the split.
What i have done now, and what u need to do is start it playing cool and act smart. He expects you to argue with him so give him a shock and don't bother, and make out you and your baby are to busy to notice him. It will start to bother him if you don't react.
