I am not sure shall I write a goodbye letter to a very good female friend of mine who I love a lot. I have already expressed all my feelings when I was in front of her and a good friend of mine secretly told her everything about me.

We have helped each other out a lot in the past. For example, when she got dumped by her ex I was there for her and I was the only one who warned her that her ex was only using her as a standby girlfriend.

Recently, I started to question myself why I am I stuck with her. She is beautiful. But there are many other girls out there. Somehow I just love her and I started to love the way it hurts. It is eccentric. I don't know why?

I understand it is one sided but I just love the way it hurts.

In academis I am excellent but in relationships I am a loser. She told me she doesn't want to lose me when she was in a relationship with her ex. But now they have broken up nearly a month. she stills treats me as someone who is beyond friendship but below a relationship. I love her but shall I disconnect from her completely.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (3 April 2011):

Tell her how you feel.

Of she knows then she will think about you and wonder if you are the kind of guy sh ehas been looking for, for a long time.

Trust me I am a typical teenage girl and even if she is different from other teens she would still love to know that there is someone who loves her.

It's better to tell her now than to never tell her and wonder what would have happened
