 Does it matter a lot to you if you tell her now or after her breakup?
If you tell her now, at least she knows you love her .
If you do not tell her now , you may not have the chance
because anything could happen from now till eternity.
There are so many unknowns in the future.
She could go to Heaven or she could go far far away from you
or disappear from your radar.
And what about you?
Can you guarantee you will be here for 100years!!!!!!

You should tell her now because nobody knows what will happen tomorrow.
Tomorrow, you may not be there or she would not be there to hear from you.
Telling your love is one thing but whether she will respond in kind is another issue.
