reader, anonymous, writes (29 June 2010): Don't look for someone to date, so much as just people to hang around and enjoy as friends. When you continue to socialize, friend-wise, you'll pick up on which people are more worth dating, and which ones won't be such bad options. Don't pressure yourself to have a boyfriend, but wait, even if it takes a year or two, for a more compatible boyfriend who meets your standards and needs. Never lower your standards just to force a boyfriend.
