Please help,

My boyfriend wants me to move and live with him (he lives 5 hours aways from me). We have had a really rocky year as he can be a very unreasonable person and is never wrong. Strangely though I do love him very much. He has had a transfer and will be working away for at least 3 years. I love living around my family and friends and am terrified of leaving them. He wants to give me the child I so long for and am worried if I dont go then I may not ever have children. (am 5 yrs off 40) I worry that as its such a big move after such a disasterous year, if Im being silly to just leave my job, family and friends to move away. Im meant to be going to see him this weekend but am worried I am causing myself more heartache by even going to see him. Would I be better off, cutting off all contact and finding someone who is happy living where I live. Im so worried as Im always in the wrong with my boyfriend, yet he loves me so much as says I will have a happy life with him. Im so confused and feel sick. Please help me.
