I understand you are not asking others' permission, you are attempting to understand any implications or hidden meanings that perhaps you have not thought of.
It's not getting peed on that matters here. When we were babies we peed on ourselves. If you go ahead with it you can get up and shower. (I assume she will let you clean it off...)
The more important question is why would a woman want to pee on her husband? Was it referred to her from a porn video or from a friend and she wants to just try it to see what it feels like? Or is there something deeper such as establishing some sort of false feeling of dominance?
And as for the future, have you ever thought that she might tell people about it? If I were you it's not something I would want discussed at a party or work.
That's my two pence but like the others said, you are of legal age. That doesn't seem like much of a standard but I guess we are discussing something here that may not have other standards. I cannot think of any.

If it were me, for a first time, I'd have her make sure she was very well hydrated. Have her drink two or even three litres of water, just so things aren't so pungent.

I agree with others. Something she feels she has a need to do; you are agreeable with the exception of getting pee in your mouth and eyes. I hope in the future though, you are more open and honest to discuss this with her. IF you feel placed on a stool/pedestal, then suggest you feel awkward and ask for time to sort it out ... don't leave the other hanging. If it feels serious, then let her know the two of you are okay, you just need to ponder the situation because you have never been there before.

 ok...as she said...do it and if you dont want to let any get in your mouth...dont let it....let her know before hand....so in the middle it she doesn't tell you to open your mouth or something like that.
And just so you know....urine is sterile...its really clean...thats why persons at war when times are desperate they can actually drink there own pee....so dont worry abt that.
