Should I leave her because I feel she betrayed me.

Please help me. There is this girl who is my close friend. I love her and told her so and that I want her to be my girlfriend but she said she was not ready for a relationship. Later she told me she had gotten a boyfriend but that she loves me. We still talk but how do I make her leave her boyfriend and accept me and does she even loves me. Or should I leave her because I feel she betrayed me. Although we hold hands and hug each other.
