 Just relax. You will definitely get kissed at some point, don't try to force it. All my friends started dating and kissing guys when they were about 12 or 13, but I didn't start till I was 16. Now most of them are single and I have an easier time meeting guys than them. Don't be so quick to label your sexuality either. If you think you might be bisexual, who knows, maybe you are. But looking at other girls or noticing things about them is normal. When you find someone you like and they feel the same way about you, you'll know it.
