 The teacher is not supposed to have the office door shut. I guess this varies from country to country, but tell another teacher about your suspicions. In the worst case scenario the teacher gets fired and everything causes a huge commotion, and in the best case scenario nothing happened in that office. Maybe the teacher knew your friend had a crush and decided to let them know their flirting would have to stop, which emberrassed your friend so much they wont tell. In either case the door should never be closed or locked!
Tell your friend you will tell another teacher about what happened and your concerns if she doesnt tell you what went down in there.
