reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2009): In our lives there are lots of times when we feel insecure; this can make us feel jealous. In relationships lots of people feel this way too. Your girlfriend answered your questions honestly and if you reacted by further questioning her because you feel insecure then perhaps you should tell her this. Your girlfriend is with you not the ex. You don’t say if this caused you to fall out or not, but if someone loves and cares for you, and you are honest with them, then this might not heal things instantly, but in time it might help, in the meantime it will at least show her that you are aware of your mistake.
