She doesn't know if she wants to marry me. Is it because of her ex?

I don't know where to really start the woman that was my one we build everything together in 2years of our relationship we got apartment together I took care of her daughter like she was my own but there was some arguing cause I needed to know the anwsers in the last couple months I asked questions like did she miss her x? Did she have second thoughts of doing all this? Did she really wanna get married? She wounld not respond to me or say anything in the past few days then I found out for myself the other day she was calling her daughters dad behind my back AND THEY WERE NOT TALKING ABOUT THERE KID EITHER! I felt very confused and then since I found that out I would ask did she really want to be with me she said I don't know and would look the other way then it hurt more to find out she was 2 in ahalf months pregnant I have thoughts also in my head is the baby mine??? But the other day she left to her moms grabbed all her things I know the past couple months I was very pushy I really to know things that she would not reply to cause she was not acting the same so is there explanation for all this? Did I do something wrong? Why would she do this? And what should I really do I'm so confused what to think.
