reader, anonymous, writes (9 September 2009): i'm assuming by large you mean long and not width wise so try positions that don't allow you to go so deep that will most likely help such as spooning where you lie on your sides and you enter her from behind or lie on your back and have her on top of you that way she can control how deep you go and you get all the bonuses of the perfect view of her riding you.  Go slow. Try other things besides just coital intercourse. Have you tried exploring each other, touching, and being sensitive to all of her other spots and vice versa?
If you just have to get down to business, try going very slow and gentle. This way it won't flop out and she won't be apprehensive of you trying to poke it back in the wrong way.
If you take it slow, then she gets a little more time and you stay in longer.
