 As difficult as it is, you need to relax. This situation won't improve while you're still nervous. Next time you're getting intimate with your bf don't tell yourself it has to end in sex. This will only put more pressure on you which in turn will make the problem worse. Just go with the moment and you might find things work out a lot better.
That said, if you find that things don't get better even when you relax then you should see a doctor, and please don't feel you can't because they see womnen about this kind of problem all the time!

Try lots of lubricant, like vaseline, ky jelly, baby oil etc. Let him start with inserting just the tip of his penis and slowly getting a little deeper. The most important is for you to relax. If you are tense your muscles will be tense and that can be painful.
