Does smoking cigarettes decrease a person's sex drive? Also if a person were to stop smoking would their sex drive improve or would soon after, take time, or have been forever decreased? Thanks.

Charmedone agony auntyes smoking does cause the sex drive to decrease as it stopsd the blood flowing to the penis properly where as if your to quit you will notice maybe in a matter of days or possibly weeks that your sex drive will increase xx

If they were to stop they would notice improvement fairly quickly (from days to weeks) I would think.

CRS698 agony auntHi there, Smoking does affect the blood vessels to some degree, it can impair blood flow to the penis, which can lead to erectile dysfunction, but in regard to someones sex drive? I don't think so, thats more of a psychological issue. The blood flow WILL increase again if they stop smoking.

And they would be more healthy all round if they stopped (i know I am)
