writes: please help, i just want advice from adults or teenagers, last monday i had a massive row with my sister she is 19 and i am 16, she made me very angry and i wanted to do everything i could to make her suffer, well when she went to the bathroom i took the key from inside her bedroom door, when she returned to her room i locked her in, she started to scream and shout but i said she was not coming out for at least 2 hours, well anyway i got a call from one of my friends to go out, i accepted and went out, i comletly forgot about my sister who was still locked up 7 hours later my parents came home and heardx my sister banging on her bedroom door to be let out, my parents went MAD not only was my sister locked in her room she also missed her driving lesson, i told my parents that i only wanted her to suffer for a couple of hours and i did not mean for her to miss her driving lesson. now my parents have said its time i had a taste of my own medicine, my parents have said when i return home from school this friday, i will be escorted to the spare room and LOCKED IN until monday morning, no tv no phone etrc just school books, the spare room is VERY small and has only a bunkbed in it, my parents have said they expect me to study and have given three 4 page essays to write, one on why its important to obey the rules, another on unacceptable behavour and punishment and another on how i hope to make amends with my sister, my parents are quite strict do you think my punishment is fair ?
