A female age , anonymous writes:

Is this possible, that a previously highly sexual man, just stops having sexual desire all together? Not for me,his wife, or any other woman/? Can someone have no sexual feelings altogether? Or it is just covering some issues? What could be the explanation for vanished sexual desire?

A female reader, Sugarbuns Australia +, writes (28 September 2010):

Sugarbuns agony auntStress can zap a man's sex drive; worries over health issues; taking certain medications (like high blood pressure pills). Maybe it's time for your husband to visit his physican and you guys can discuss the problem together. Some men do notice a drop in their sex drive at this age; but there can be other factors, like your relationship. Do you still feel there's chemistry between your, or just companionship? Do you still dress sexy, and take care of yourself. There's no way to stop the aging process but you can work at staying as young and attractive as you possibly can. When a man feels like you don't try anymore, they tend to feel like there's no challenge anymore.

A male reader, mrvhappy United Kingdom +, writes (27 September 2010):

It all depends on a number of factors.

1) His age

2) when he last had sex

3) His health (or pottential problems)

4) Any medication that he's on

5) If he's tired/stressed/worried about something, it may happen.

I would get him to have a check up with his DR
