Hi there. Orgasms can vary, and it entirely depends on which part of the genitals gets the most stimulation.
There can be orgasms that result from stimulation of the clitoris, and there are orgasms that result from stimulation of the G-spot, which is just behind the pubic bone and near the bladder.
Nevertheless, the clitoris and the G-spot are very close together, and so it would be possible to have an orgasm which is a result of stimulation of both areas simultaneously.
In answer to your question, they are both orgasms.
To have a vaginal orgasm, usually is just referring to the fact that it's during sex where the penis is inside the vagina and the G-sport and/or the clitoris are stimulated both together, or either one or the other.
So what I am really saying here, is that to have a vaginal orgasm there is ALWAYS some kind of stimulation either from the G-spot or the clitoris.
NOT just the penis inside the vagina and then you have an orgasm.
And no orgasm at all, will result if neither of these two areas are stimulated.
It's in the process of the sex act itself, that during sex the side of the penis naturally can rub up against the G-spot and cause the feeling of wanting to urinate.
And when this happens, it can be a very WET orgasm.
And sometimes, you will have a WET orgasm, and other times it will be a not so wet orgasm.
Both have very pleasurable feelings, and one is NOT better than the other - just different.
No matter what though, the sensations are always felt in the vagina, whether it's resulting from G-spot stimulation or clitoral stimulation.
And the feelings from both can be quite intense, and they can also vary in intensity from time to time, depending on the mood you are in, and what part of your menstrual cycle it is at the time.
For instance, around the middle of your menstrual cycle - ovulation - your orgasms may be much more intense than at other times.
