Problems with money and with his temper

Hi i have a real problem me and my husbind have been haveing problems with money for a long time i have been in and put of work part time here and there he a working on and of for other peaple and him self we always fight about money i should say he yells at me makes me feel like its my fault ok some of it is but you cant talk to him about anything he makes you afraid of him i am i i tell him every thing fine when it not caues i am scared of what hesay or do ther so much going on i could write a book I guese what i am asking is how do i tell him that the gas and electic are very behind and the gas just got shut off He is a drinker very bad verbly how do i tell him
