Go on the pill and use condoms and you should be safe from pregnancy.
As a male I can assure you your bf will only ever be unsatisfied and frustrated if he can't go all the way and get his penis inside you [ think about it : erect penis and moist vagina....... they are pretty obviously made for one another aren't they ?? ].
