 On the first two things I can't really add to what has already been said. On phone sex, the trick is to see yourself there in your minds eye. I suspect that you are having problems with what to say because you haven't had actual sex so maybe you lack the confidence to describe it.
However, if you exercise your imagination then it is possible to have very erotic phone sex without having had actual sex. The key is not to be worried about 'saying something wrong'. There are not any 'rights' or 'wrong's'. Sex is the science of exploration as as it is with phone sex.
