Is that bad because from what I've read on the web says that after 16 the penis doesn't usually grow much more. I hope thats not true and my penis will grow more, Will it?. I know i could live with my size but 4in is tiny and i know it i would even be happy with 5 in at this point

 Think of it this way, would you go out with a girl with small breasts, if that is not an issue for you then I don't think that it should be an issue that you have a small penis. In my opinion size don't matter, learn how to turn a girl on an other way :)I hope I could help
