 So she just doesn't like underwear? Take her shopping and let het choose some for herself, she might be more than happy to wear them if they have pictures of her favourite tv characters on. Also you could try a reward chart and making a huge fuss of what a clever, grown up girl she is for wearing underwear. I think letting her choose for herself should help though, that's what I did with my daughter. Good luck! x
