 Unless they are so long they get in the way of walking normally they are normal. It's extremely common for the labia minora (the inner ones) to be much larger than the outer ones. It's extremely common for them to be different lengths, to have scalloped looking edges, to be pink, purple, brown, or red, to be visible from the front, or for them to change size and shape occasionally. In other words, they are normal. I don't know when people started getting this idea that there is such a thing as a "normal" looking vulva, but there is no such thing! Everyone is different and everyone's is beautiful. I've never heard of a guy (except maybe a total loser who you wouldn't want to be having sex with anyways) saying he found a woman's labia unattractive.
