Ok..here we go. He can solve this problem of ejaculation. I do not think it is biological. Changing of positions, you being on top, and you doing the action (backward-forward move), rather than him is in your case the best option I think. There are also cream which delay ejaculation. See a urologist about this also, I advise.
He should, besides, oral sex, try using his fingers also. One more thing, when giving you oral sex, you might like to be on top of his face which might increase your pleasure.
And one more point. In many many marriages sex loses its primary place in marriage.
Since you knew the situation, it is going to be fair, if you could bear with this situation in any case.
And if you two can have a baby it will be even easier to stick together.
