Hormones is the only answer. Transgendered women look and sound like men because of the hormones they get. I think you should speak to your doctor about this. He might be able to help.
That said, if he doesn't/can't help you you should accept who you are. I'm a girl and I have a very deep voice. Not what I'd like to have either, but what can you do?

 Hi. Find a voice coach and have your voice trained. It might be an expense but its an investment if a high pitched voice is making you feel unhappy.

 No solution, sorry. You will have to get used to it. But, to comfort you, with age a mans voice usually grows darker. Even when they are done with puberty, with age the voice matures.
