Like the other person said, you need to think about why it isnt happening for you.
Sometimes for me, if I'm having sex (or trying to) with a new girl, even though i'm relatively confident in bed, i still can't 'get it up' for whatever reason.
Don't be embarrassed about seeing a doctor and/or a counsellor about it and if you're in a stable relationship, talk to your partner and see if she can think of anything that might be causing the problem (sometime other people will think of things that you yourself fail to think of)
But I repeat, this happens to the best of us.

 Go to a doctor and get yourself checked out. There could be underlying factors causing the problem, or perhaps you need some sort of pill like Viagara. None of us on here can really tell you what is wrong from just a description. It could be many things..psychological, physical..who knows?
