 well hun have a girls night out or sumthin or may be a slumber party call her over and tell her everything!!!i guess she likes u too but does not realise that sometimes her behaviour pisses u off..she tags along with u cause she thinks u guys are best buddies..we have to be clear with friends there is nothing to hesitate luv..go ahead!!all the best!!!

 Explain to her, you feel she isnt being too kind to you and you would rather she acted one way towards you or the other, but say it to her gently...
