A male United Kingdom age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I was dining out in a sushi bar with my Japanese friend over the weekend and he got physically assaulted by a group of around 15 women on a hen night. I urged him to press charges, but he said that would make things worse.

What do you think, should he press charges?

A male reader, yum yum Switzerland +, writes (13 October 2008):

yum yum agony auntYES he should press charges!!!. He proberly does not want to press charges because he is maybe embarresed and humiliated for what happened to him but that's not a reason not to press charges these women need to be brought to justice they should not think that they can get away with it. It was a very serious offence what they did, very serious. He must press charges otherwise they might do it again to some other man. The Authorities will take it seriously. I don't personaly see why it should make things worse for him??
