 It sounds like a circumcision may be neccessary. Don't take our word for it though, you should see a doctor.

reader, anonymous, writes (21 February 2011): Best thing to do is to see a doctor about it and get some straight forward options. The only way I can think of to get that fixed is to get it surgically fixed.

I know you won't like this. But you HAVE to see a doctor. I'm not telling you something is wrong with you. Don't be afraid. It's just that you have to get a doctor to tell you if everything if fine and if there is something you have to do about this. If the foreskin doesn't go down you can have problems washing it properly. In the other hand, treatments for this kind of thing are painless and quick.
